It starts as a tiny seed, a dream, a vision or a promise and as it goes through its pre-appointed gestation, God’s plan unfolds.  You may not see it but it is occurring beneath the realm of the visible terra firma, deep in the earth.  In the natural a child is growing in the womb, in the spirit God is growing you, preparing you for what you cannot handle right now.  He’s making you ready! 

Every now and then the mother is given a wonderful reminder of the life, the hope, the expectation within as the child moves or kicks and oh what joy it brings.  So it is in the spirit, God gives us reminders to encourage us and to build our faith as He sends words of confirmation through the most unlikely sources.  That confirmation is the vision kicking, that is the dream moving to remind you that God yet intends to do what He said.  Always remember the vision has always been and is yet for an appointed time, when its day has come, it will not tarry!

Don’t cast away your hope, don’t give up on your dreams, don’t abort your expectation but be steadfast unmovable always abounding in the things of God.  This one thing you must know, God is faithful and He will do just what He said.  Continue to seek His direction through prayer and may your dreams be birthed in prayer.  Your gestation may last a little longer than your sister or your brother but the day is coming when you shall see the manifested glory of God, when you shall see His goodness in the land of the living.

Are you pregnant with expectation?  Are you willing to Hold On?  Are you encouraged to say what God says about you until you see what God sees in you?  It may not be today but it will be one day!  And when your faith is turned to sight… it will have been worth it all!
